On Sunday many parts of Virginia were blanketed in the first “real” snow of the season. I drove back early from a weekend of wedding planning in Charlottesville, Virginia to enjoy the first and maybe only snow of this winter. The winter of unseasonably high temperatures cooled down just enough for Blacksburg, Virginia and Virginia Tech to be blanketed in about 7″
